  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or customs.

Return & Refund Policy

At Hayk Coffee, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully:

1. Coffee Products

  • Coffee is a perishable product; therefore, returns or exchanges are only accepted if you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If you receive the wrong item or a damaged package, please call us immediately at 041200041 or email barev@haykcoffee.am.
  • If approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund.

2. Non-Coffee Products (Equipment & Accessories)

  • Brewing equipment and accessories may be returned within 24 hours of purchase/delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • We may request photos or evidence before approving a return.
